1. Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and to Austria.
Should delivery to a specific area not be possible, this will be indicated accordingly during the ordering process.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Unless otherwise stated, the following shipping costs apply:
Germany:
€4.90 shipping costs
Free shipping for orders over €79
Austria:
€9.90 shipping costs
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time within Germany is usually 1 to 3 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective product.
For deliveries to Austria, the delivery time may extend to 5 to 10 business days.
If several items with different delivery times are ordered, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping Provider
Shipping within Germany, depending on the size and weight of the order, is done with:
- DHL
- Deutsche Post
Deliveries to Austria are exclusively made with DHL.
5. Shipping Process
Shipping takes place after full payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If a delivery arrives with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery service if possible and contact us immediately.
Failure to complain does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
Should a delivery be returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address or non-acceptance of the shipment, we reserve the right to charge for the costs of a new delivery.
